There isn’t much sense writing articles that don’t focus on making you money. Unless you are not even trying to make money, then it’s cool.

Find things in your niche to promote and build pages that you can point to from your articles so that each and every article has the potential to earn you money.

I didn’t do this and now I am going back through hundreds of articles and adding links to affiliate sites. Those are the articles I have on my own blogs and sites. For the articles I have published on article directories I have them pointing to landing pages I created.
